My name is William Fettig. At Fettig Fitness, I’m committed to helping the over-forty busy adults of Suffolk County transform their health with personalized, science-driven training. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with Master’s Degrees in Psychology and Sport Sciences, and a diverse fitness background, I blend core & strength training, martial arts cardio,  kettlebell & body-weight exercises, trail running & hiking, yoga, stretching and much more to build functional strength, balance and mobility. My Fitness Journey

As a Long Island native, I enjoyed running at Sunken Meadow Park,  hiking through Caumsett Park, and playing sports  across the island from the Hamptons to NYC. From soccer and stickball to martial arts and running, over time I’ve expanded my love of movement and health to embrace strength training, yoga, nutrition, and gentle movement in nature. As a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, I am very happy to help busy adults like you find joy in functional fitness that transforms body and mind.
